Testimonials
Shannon takes the time to listen, understand, and provide tools, strategies, and invaluable nuggets of wisdom that I refer to regularly. The EQ-i assessment was a powerful tool to create awareness, identify gaps that I could learn and improve on, and to be better in all aspects of my life.
Coaching presented the opportunity to make time for personal reflection, learning what I can and can’t control, a greater awareness of myself and of others, and so much more. Â
I appreciate and respect Shannon, and the opportunity to have her as a coach and mentor at this stage in my life and career is invaluable. I highly recommend Shannon to anyone looking to coaching for growth and accountability.
Judy Danyluk, General Manager
As my EQ-i coach, Shannon helped to uncover blind spots in my own emotional intelligence which were holding backing my personal growth and leadership development. With her in-depth coaching experience and toolkit of exercises and activities, Shannon coached me through the process of developing targeted action plans and personal development goals to hone in on those areas with the greatest impact on overcoming personal barriers and improving my leadership capabilities. As a result of Shannon’s coaching expertise, I am emerging as a more aware and confident leader.

Shannon and I worked at ATB financial for about 7 months. She was our change manager and communications expert on the Technology upgrade project. I thoroughly enjoyed my time working with Shannon, and came to know her as a truly valuable asset to our team. She is honest, dependable, and incredibly hard-working. Beyond that, she is an impressive communicator who thinks and cares not only about the effect of any change on the 130+ users of our technology, but the entire organization. She found creative ways in helping us organize training for our user. She established different communication channels (emails, G+ community page, site, Youtube, hangout on air, surveys etc.) that enabled us not just to communicate to our users and the entire organization but also to receive feedback from our user groups. Because of this, we have an amazing rapport with our user groups. Her knowledge of change management and expertise in communications was a huge advantage to our entire Technology upgrade project. She put this skill set to work in order to make sure our users are at ease and the entire business is clear about what is happening with the upgrade and to make sure their expectations are managed and met. Along with her undeniable talent, Shannon has always been an absolute joy to work with. She is a true team player, and always manages to foster positive discussions and bring the best out of other employees.

Shannon worked for Tartan as Interim Corporate Controller covering for the Corporate Controller who was on maternity leave. Shannon jumped right into the role and picked it up quickly. She was very hard working, had no issues travelling and she built good relationships with management and her new staff very quickly. Her experience and calm nature where great for the role and for mentoring the staff. Shannon did a great job in this temporary role.
